SmartGuide Orders - Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms

By submitting an order or agreement through this system, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Order Submission

All orders submitted through this system are subject to review and approval. Submission of an order does not guarantee acceptance.

3. Customer Contract Orders

For customer contract orders:

  • Orders are subject to availability and approval
  • Pricing and terms are as specified in your order
  • Payment terms must be agreed upon before production begins

4. Point of Placement Agreements

For Point of Placement Agreements:

  • The property agrees to display and distribute supplied materials for one year from the delivery date
  • Other than the listed room trade-out, there is no initial cost to the property for materials or the QR code custom property guest app
  • Any additional printed materials needed during this time frame will be at a nominal charge

5. Signatures

Digital signatures provided through this system are legally binding and equivalent to handwritten signatures.

6. Privacy

Your personal information will be used solely for order processing and communication purposes. We do not share your information with third parties without your consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

SmartGuide App and Touch Promotions Group, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this system or fulfillment of orders.
